We want you to love your Conan Gray official merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition drops and signed media may be subject to final sale policies.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
